A Linwood, NJ native, Bill spent his early years riding waves and competing nationally, earning a ranking as the 11th best surfer in the United States. He later dedicated 25 years to the Ventnor Fire Department, retiring with honor as Deputy Chief.

In 1990, Bill founded the firm and has since become one of the most trusted and knowledgeable public adjusters in the region. His deep understanding of fire and property damage, combined with decades of hands-on claim expertise, makes him a true advocate for homeowners navigating the aftermath of disaster. Simply put—you won’t find a more experienced public adjuster.

Matthew Lacovara is a proud graduate of Coastal Carolina University, where he earned Dean’s List honors upon graduating in 2017. Since that time, he has been a licensed Public Adjuster in both New Jersey and South Carolina, helping countless homeowners and business owners navigate the complexities of insurance claims. In 2022, his dedication and results-driven approach earned him the Best of the Press award, as voted by Atlantic County residents.
